40 Highpoint Road, Conway, New Hampshire

We're really excited to start working with Pinkham Real Estate in the Mount Washington Valley area, and this gorgeous home in the heart of New Hampshire's ski country had us all drooling. Cathedral ceilings, massive stone fireplace, incredible theater room; the works. After this aerial shoot, Larry the Drone officially requested that we open a second location up here. We can't blame him for trying.

584 Currier Road

This beautiful house (wait until you see the interior stills I took here) rests on a sprawling hundred acre parcel. I'm not even kidding. There's a little road that winds all the way through the property, and after a good amount of driving, I thought "I can't still be on the property. Is this a public road?!", but no, I was still at 584 Currier Road in Hopkinton, New Hampshire. If I lived on this amount of land, I would probably throw up a post office and a bar, and turn it into my own little town. Mikesville has a nice ring to it, don't you think?

280 Webster Mills Road

This place is basically a castle on 200 acres of gorgeous land, with probably some of the best views I've ever seen, including the Mount Washington valley. If I was still in my early 20s, I'd go in on this house with three or four of my buddies, and we'd all live in Castle PartyPants together; probably arguing about whose turn it was to wash the dishes, and sitting on squeaky inflatable furniture, because everybody knows men in their early 20s have no idea what they're doing.

Halona Stables

This shoot at the stunning Halona Stables LLC for [Farms & Barns Real Estate, LLC - NH's Horse & Farm Property Realtors] was rather difficult, only because it took everything in my power to keep from only filming the well-behaved horses and playful doggos, and the incredibly cute barn cat who spent the entire shoot asking me to pick her up and cuddle her. The barns are gorgeous, the people are as friendly as they come, and you legitimately couldn't ask for a better location. This premiere horse facility is basically as New Hampshire as New Hampshire gets. It's like living and working in a postcard.

28 Ladd Street, Brentwood, New Hampshire

As soon as I walked into this kitchen, I thought to myself "This is basically the perfect sitcom kitchen. It's big, it's well appointed, and it screams 'family togetherness'. I can totally picture zany storylines taking place in here, like two kids trying to figure out what to do with a stolen candy bar, and a wholesome sweater vest dad walking in and being all like [insert tag line here] right before the applause light turns on."

And then I realized I should probably get to work and film this place.

71 Walnut Avenue, North Hampton, New Hampshire

These people had an adorable puppy at home during this interior teaser shoot [NOTE: No puppy appearances in this video!], and he had a hollow bone toy that he carried in his mouth like a cigar, and every time he barked, he barked through the hollow bone, making it sound like a goofy little trumpet blast. It was possibly the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life.

Also, this house is fantatic, and will probably sell in four seconds, because North Hampton.

362 Hanover Street, #2

It's not often that I'm hired to shoot an exterior video of a condominium, but when it's in an incredible spot right in downtown Portsmouth, the shooting pretty much directs itself. Everybody likes to see how close a house is to the downtown area, but as you can see from this listing, you could hit the North Church from your front steps with a baseball. Pretty awesome. I predict this will be on the market for exactly 0.00034 seconds.

Also, it took all of my willpower not to fly Larry to a coffee shop and have him come back with a large latte. #confessionsofarealestatephotographer

150 Portsmouth Avenue, New Castle, NH

What a beautiful, beautiful plot of land this is. Interestingly enough, this is the former location of the revered Tarbell House (home to the famous painter Edmund C. Tarbell II) which burned down back in January of 2016. While the historic building is gone, the land on which is once stood is pretty much the most perfect lot you're ever going to find in the seacoast area. 1.46 acres, 150 feet of unobstructed waterfront, a huge dock -- and

Winding Brook Farm

Our trip to Derry, New Hampshire with Farms & Barns Real Estate lead us to Winding Brook Farm; a bustling equestrian facility sitting on fifty acres of postcard worthy land. This was one of those fun, surprising shoots where, despite having visited Derry countless times over the years, you get to discover an incredibly beautiful place that's been hiding behind a thicket of trees all along. Like Narnia, but with happy horses instead of a giant lion and that gross turkish delight candy. So...better than Narnia. We could have spent the entire day watching the barn swallows dart in and out of our lens's view. Whoever snatches up this property is going to be a very lucky person indeed.

Fat Acre Farm

We took a stroll down to Gilmanton, New Hampshire earlier this week to film the historic and beautiful Fat Acre Farm. Despite having lived in the state most of our lives, it was our first time visiting this particular town. Everything in this area is picturesque and naturally pristine; one of those video shoots where you can pretty much point your camera any which way, and you're going to get something incredible in return. We'll be back, Gilmanton, if not for work purposes, than for one of the delicious breakfast sandwiches at the Iron Works Market!
