409 Center Hill Road, Epsom, New Hampshire

We took a drive over to Epsom, New Hampshire with Farms & Barns Real Estate, LLC - NH's Horse & Farm Property Realtors to create a promotional real estate video for Muster Field Farm. As a real working horse farm, Muster Field boasts a home fit for the cover of Yankee Magazine, a multi-purpose barn that you could probably park a commercial airliner in, and beautiful, lush fields that seem to stretch on for just about forever. Also, the poor man riding his tractor became this video's impromptu star. We hope he's enjoying his new Champagne and caviar life of celebrity.

madisonnhliving.com

We enjoyed a super fun day up in Madison, New Hampshire last week. We were hired to shoot a ton of drone footage for our friends over at Pinkham Real Estate, as they were creating a super cool website dedicated to everything great in Madison, of which there is A LOT to cover. Lakes. Ponds. Natural beauty. Interesting history. Everything that makes New Hampshire as desirable as it is, really.

Click through the link to catch the gorgeous montage we put together. If this video doesn't make you want to drop everything and buy some quite reasonably priced waterfront property, your head is filled with cuckoo juice.

1253 Upper City Road, Pittsfield, New Hampshire

We trekked up to Pittsfield, New Hampshire yesterday to help Farms & Barns Real Estate, LLC - NH's Horse & Farm Property Realtors put together a nice exterior stills and video package for this sprawling family farm. The owners were incredibly gracious; taking us on a tour of the land in a burly Kubota utility vehicle, and even gifting us with basil plants they nurtured from seeds before we left. The main goal of this project was to do these 90+ acres of lush, rolling green farmland justice, but that wasn't the hard part. The hard part was summoning enough self-control to say no to Appleview Orchard's little ice cream shop, which just sits there directly across the country road, and taunts you while you work.

65 Hunter Lane, Barrington, New Hampshire

Larry the Drone and yours truly visited Barrington, New Hampshire with Lexi Leddy - Real Estate Professional the other day to document this expertly remodeled home, nestled in a quiet neighborhood that instantly makes you think of establishing shots in family friendly sitcoms. Brand new floors. Brand new kitchen. Brand new appliances. Brand new everything. This home's interior is just ridiculous(ly gorgeous), and made me feel bad about myself for only being competent with a hammer and a Phillps-head screwdriver. If you're looking for something extremely move-in ready that's 20 minutes outside of Portsmouth, I think this property might be for you.

Harbour Place, Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Beautiful bricks, salt air and waterfront views means that part one (and two) of our big promotional project for Two International Group, LLC is in the books. The rest of the will involve the good people over at the FAA, as we've been approved for a landmark airspace waiver to fly our drone to film at Pease international Tradeport! We're being told it's the first time a drone has ever flown there, so feel free to stop and say hello if you catch us filming your office building this June.

115 Mansion Road, Dunbarton, New Hampshire

"115 Mansion Road in Dunbarton, NH is a dream house. That's not just a figure of speech; I've literally had dreams in which I live in this house. The property is so manucured and amazing that we needed to produce two videos for Farms & Barns Real Estate, LLC - NH's Horse & Farm Property Realtorsone showcasing the indoors, and one showcasing the expansive property surrounding the home. This is the latter. If it doesn't have you fantasizing about throwing incredible parties here, I'll eat my drone." ~ Mike

24 Sandown Road, Chester, New Hampshire

Aside from it being a really pretty and unique property, Pond Field Farm was a really fun place to shoot, because any time you looked out a window, there was a docile, happy horse grazing just outside of it. They were all so mellow. None of them were scared of Larry the Drone at all. In fact, they would walk up close and try to get a good sniff of him. We think that's the surefire sign of a great home to house your animals...and your people, for that matter.

42 Main Street, New Castle, New Hampshire

Another great shoot with Amy Turner Carr, Realtor ~ Great Island Realty, LLC and Crystal Ducharme - Great Island Realty is in the books! This time we visited 42 Main Street in New Castle, New Hampshire, where we found this recently renovated colonial, smack dab in the heart of New Castle Village. Water views, exposed brick and beam, modern appliances, classic wood flooring; the whole shebang. Postcard perfect New England living, really. If you're locked in a lifelong sibling rivalry, this is the house you buy to make your sister yell at her husband "AND NOW TINA LIVES IN A GORGEOUS SEASIDE VILLAGE AND YOU HAVE US ALL STUCK HERE IN PEORIA."

38 Sherburne Road, Portsmouth, New Hampshire

We spent the day with the illustrious duo Amy Turner Carr, Realtor ~ Great Island Realty, LLC and Crystal Ducharme - Great Island Realty to help them out wih a promotional real estate video for 38 Sherburne Road in Portsmouth. The project was as easy as one-two-three. One great location. Two luxuriously remodeled units to choose from. Three separate times I grumbled "I miss living in Portsmouth" during this shoot.

Between the Mountains Farm, Newbury, New Hampshire

We travelled over to beautiful Newbury, New Hampshire to take photographs of and create a promotional real estate video for Between the Mountains Farm; a meticulously renovated 1798 cape sitting on acres and acres of rolling country farmland. I've never wanted to work the land for a living. It's just not in my blood. I was born with a brown thumb, and kill every plant in my path. I even killed a cactus once because I forgot to water it for two years. I look at this property, and it makes me want to sell everything I own and become a gentleman farmer. It's just that perfect.

55 Thurston Road, Eaton, NH

Pinkham Real Estate asked us to zip up to Eaton, NH to supplement a couple of their photo shoots with aerial stills. This is the first property we shot, and it's basically everything I want in life. Log construction, open concept living space, hot tub, huge deck(s), awesome basement bar, and massive windows overlooking one of the best views in the entire state. Plus, look at that front door. You can't get more New Hampshire than that if you tried. Heck, maybe I'll take this down and just buy it myself.

32 Doe Run Lane Stratham, New Hampshire

To me, Stratham is a postcard perfect snapshot of what it's like to live in New Hampshire. Rolling fields, preposterously vivid sunsets, friendly people, pristine woodlands, rich history, and really, really fantastic homes to cozy up in. We had a great time shooting this beautiful property for Mindy Marcouillier, Realtor Great Island Realty, and we're already counting the days until we get to film in this area again.

53 Spur Road, Dover, New Hampshire

This house was a real treat to shoot. Brand new construction, literally just steps away from the Bellamy River, incredibly gorgeous finish work; the works. It's one of those houses where, as a photographer, you just let the camera do all of the work, because nowhere you point could possibly be a disappointment. Of course, I found myself taking pictures of the basement, because I regularly find myself daydreaming about all of the cool things you can do with a freshly poured, unfinished basement. Workshop? Man cave? Home theater? Personal gym? A soundproofed bedroom for your Great Aunt Mabel who likes to fall asleep with Antiques Roadshow on full blast? A virtual cornucopia of options lay before you.
